What sets us apart is our engineering-led approach to recruitment. With over 15 years of experience in engineering, project management, and operations, our co-founder Ryan Storey brings real-world expertise to the forefront of our talent solutions. Ryan also leads RS Maintenance, a trusted UK-based contracting firm specialising in HGV, bus, and automation services.
This hands-on industry knowledge means we don’t just fill roles—we understand them. Our team rigorously vets, trains, and qualifies candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural demands of every position from day one.
